Where Our Story Began
Mike Hodgdon - Co-Founder & President
Mike’s journey in South Florida real estate began when he started managing multi-family properties in 2011. Over time, Mike realized one of the most important challenges to owning income producing property in South Florida: the lack of maintenance/repair vendors that uphold consistent quality of work, communication and affordability. He took it upon himself to start a home maintenance company and optimized the operation so he can serve his clients and properties the way he maintains his - all with affordability in mind.
